How the Membership Works
Our in-office membership plan is designed for patients who do not rely on dental insurance and who prefer a straightforward way to budget for preventive care. Members pay an annual fee that covers specified preventive services and provides a discount on many additional dental treatments performed in our office, subject to the plan’s terms and exclusions.
What Your Membership Includes Each Year
Routine dental exams up to twice per year (limited to two exams in the membership period).
Prophylaxis (standard cleaning) up to twice per year, with at least six months between those visits.
Fluoride treatments up to twice per year for children through age 16.
Periodontal maintenance cleanings twice per year for patients enrolled in periodontal maintenance (any additional periodontal maintenance visits are discounted by 10%).
Preventive radiographs during the year, as recommended by the dentist.
Member Savings
10% discount on most other in‑office treatments.
Discount Exclusion
The 10% discount does not apply to sleep therapies or studies, whitening, diagnostic wax‑ups, or specialized sleep or dental laboratory fees. When CareCredit is used, a 7% discount applies instead of 10%, and CareCredit cannot be used to pay the annual membership premium.
Annual Premiums
Adult Membership
$435 per year
Adults without dental insurance who want plan‑based preventive care and savings on many treatments.
Child Membership
$320 per year
(under age 18)
Children and teens who need regular exams, cleanings, and fluoride within the plan’s limits.
Fees are current as of publication and are subject to change. The annual membership fee is a minimum fee for the services described and applies for a 12‑month period starting on the registration date; please contact our office for the most up‑to‑date information.
Membership Key Details

The membership is not dental insurance and is not a supplement to dental insurance coverage.

The annual membership fee is collected in full at registration and is non‑refundable.

Members are responsible for scheduling and completing their visits during the 12‑month period; unused services do not roll over.

Most additional in‑office treatments receive a discount, except certain services such as sleep therapies or studies, whitening, diagnostic wax‑ups, and specialized lab fees.

CareCredit may not be used to pay the annual membership premium, and CareCredit transactions receive a 7% discount instead of 10%.
