What To Expect
Most appointments last about 60–90 minutes, giving our team time to complete a thorough exam, answer questions, and review any changes since your last visit. When you arrive, you’ll check in with our friendly front desk team, who will confirm your information, help with any forms, and assist with scheduling, insurance, or visit details so everything runs smoothly.
After check-in, a member of our clinical team will see you. You will see Dr. Scharf, our dentist and oral surgeon, or Maggie, our dental hygienist, depending on the type of appointment you’ve scheduled.
During your visit, we typically:

Take any necessary digital X‑rays or photos to get a complete picture of your oral health.

Membership Plan for Routine Dental Care
Our in-office membership plan helps you keep up with regular checkups at a predictable cost each year. It is designed for patients without dental insurance who still want consistent, high-quality preventive care with Dr. Scharf. Adult premiums are $435 per year, and children’s premiums are $320 per year. Call our office to learn more about membership options and see if this plan is a good fit for you.
